  Many who are mentally and spiritually sick are not confined in mental institutions. Millions are held in restraint, however, in institutions of another kind, religious organizations.... By his prophet God expressed his disgust with such methods and those who practice them. He tells them their ceremonies are worthless, their prayers vain. (Is, 1:10) Those who would be well spiritually must “learn to do well.”

  This Jehovah’s witnesses do and also delight to help others to do. During November Jehovah’s witnesses will continue to preach...from house to house... A curative, spiritually rich Bible-study aid book will be offered to all on a contribution of only 50c.

  Be sure to share in the healing work.

  Animals are not made in the image of God. Originally man had the same moral character as God. Then, he took on another nature.

  The wages of sin is death.

  So, sacrificing innocent animals not only provided meals for those hungry, they also provided a substitute for the death required by law for sinning. It was a vicarious death of the sinner that was enacted.
  
  Likewise, Jesus died a substitute death for all those that would believe that his sacrifice would be sufficient on their behalf to be grafted back into God's family and receive the original moral character of God .

  Are JW's Sins Forgiven? NO - (Says the Watchtower)

  anyone who has been of this forum in the past few days has seen doubting thomas (an active jw) refuse over and over to provide even one scripture that can show how a jw can get their sins forgiven while outside of the new covenant as described in mt.

  26: 27-28. yet, he claims to believe in the blood covering of jesus while at the same time personally rejecting the new covenant "for forgiveness of sins".

  his contradictory claims are common among jw's.

    Nope. WT has never back tracked on the fact that Jehovah is not the father of R & F witnesses. God does not recognize the devil as his son, though he created him. Christians are born sons of Adam.... like everyone else but are grafted into the family of God by adoption. R & F witnesses are not adopted but are still trying to get into the family another way.

    Yes, Jws are declared righteous from faith and when their sins are removed.

    Only, their sins are not removed because they publicly reject the New Covenant "for the forgiveness of sins as described in Mr. 26: 27-27

    And, Yes, Jesus is the mediator for the anointed only because only they need a mediator.

    Wrong, All are sinners. All will be judged after they die (Hebrews 9:27). All need a Mediator.

  i just picked up a few from mark jones as follows:.

  i see is that the vast majority of jws don't seem to understand what their religion actually teaches.. the more controversial or embarrassing doctrine - although still official doctrine that has never been rescinded - is just not talked about anymore in the magazines.

  the watchtower teaches that the opportunity to be born again and enjoy complete justification with god ended in 1935, having been limited to only 144k since pentecost.

  so, it is very surprising that the watchtower embraces the death that is described in romans chapter 6, since this is the very death that is required to be born again…… which is denied to watchtower members!

  According to WT; Now you get to try again, and again, and again for 1000 years to get it right.
